Pierce brings 30+ years of database development and IT infrastructure—building systems across HR, CRM, mar-tech, ed-tech, and more. He saw the same lead gen problems play out across every industry he touched, and developed the LGA methodology to finally solve them.

Tyler brings enterprise automation experience from JPMorgan and high-growth startups. He built the SynchroBots platform to turn Pierce's methodology into scalable, automated experiences that just work.
